Coaching Philosophy
What if we didn’t just join fitness programs to look “good” in a bathing suit. What if we cared about how our body actually feels? How it actually performs for us day in and day out? What if we didn’t compare our bodies to magazine covers or celebrity Instagram accounts😳
Would we appreciate our bodies and what they can do and how they look, more? versus being insecure about them and complaining about how they don’t look?
These are just some questions to consider. I use to struggle with these exact comparison mindsets and body-shaming mindsets. I didn’t think my body was good enough unless I had abs-as an athlete I was taught that and as a personal trainer, I was taught this.
I got TIRED of thinking and living like this-it never led to anything productive or positive, just more frustration, comparison, and stress.
Free yourself from the comparison trap, the body-shaming trap! You deserve BETTER!!! Focus on your health because you only get one body and because your body does so much FOR you!
If you want to join a health coaching program that focuses on body positivity, not body shaming. That helps you become the best version of YOURSELF, versus look like someone else💜
Come join me!!!
That’s the focus of my coaching, I have learned how to live unapologetically, now I use what I have learned to inspire my clients to do the same.
